Your practitioner will gently use the finest and highest quality, stainless steel needles to help release obstructions and accumulations at specific sites of energy in your body. The effects can promote systemic health by revitalizing the appropriate flow of Qi and movement of energy in your Body-Mind-Spirit. During your first session you will receive a 90+ minute comprehensive diagnostic exam and talk and acupuncture treatment. To optimize your healing and wellness we also recommend receiving Herbal Medicine in conjunction with your acupuncture care. Follow-up sessions are 60+ minutes for a talk and acupuncture treatment and are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, or as needed.

Life-Health Development
Online or in-person, your Life-Health Development (LHD) session will assist you in envisioning, developing and maintaining lifestyle modifications so you can achieve and reach your health-related goals. The initial session is 60 minutes in length with followups every 4-8 weeks to chart your progress toward your goals.

Chinese Nutritional Therapy
Online or in-person, your practitioner will conduct a 60 minute diagnostic interview and evaluation regarding the physical, emotional, and mental health concerns you want help with. They will then design a customized Chinese Nutritional Therapy (CNT) plan to based on the foods that will be the most supportive to restoring balance and health to your system. Chinese Nutritional Therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes in length and performed concurrently with acupuncture during your 1st or 2nd treatment, with follow-ups every 4-8 weeks.

Sufi Healing
Sufi Healing is a form of remote telemedicine that offers a wonderful alternative to acupuncture. It can feel as good as a treatment and addresses many of the same health conditions and issues that acupuncture does, including pain, illness, anxiety, grief, fear, anger, trauma, and various physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual conditions. Many of our past traumas, negative experiences, and memories are stored in our hearts, bodies, and spirits. The effects of these can distort our life experiences and obscure our authentic nature. Sufi Healing practices help to transform stuck issues at the core, releasing these distortions and conditions so we can reconnect with our essential nature. This healing modality can be done in-person or via secure teleconference in the safety and comfort of your own home, wherever you reside. Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes in length and are done weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, or as-needed.
